Our Organic Coconut Flour is dried, defatted coconut meat and ground into a fine powder. It’s also an excellent source of fiber.
With Organic Coconut Flour you’ll use far less than grain-based flours, approximately 1/4 to 1/3 the amount of regular flour called for.
