Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 1 Vcaps- 1 to 2 times daily as needed, with food. Do not take this product on an empty stomach; do not exceed recommended dose. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW- Relora-, Magnesium and Holy Basil.
